Job Description: Business Development Executive / Manager
Position: BDE / BDM
Experience: 2–6 Years (IT Sales)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive/Manager with strong experience in Custom IT Project Sales, Online Bidding, and End-to-End Sales Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate must have worked with Mobile App (iOS/Android), MERN, Node.js, Flutter, Web Solutions, SaaS, ERP, and Live Projects. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Bidding Perform online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn, etc. Generate leads for Custom Development Projects, including:Mobile Apps (iOS, Android, Flutter)Web Development (MERN, Node.js, Full Stack)SaaS Solutions & ERP SystemseCommerce & Quick CommerceIdentify new business opportunities through various channels.2. Full Sales Lifecycle OwnershipManage the entire sales process from lead generation → qualification → requirement gathering → proposal → negotiation → closure.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.3. Client Interaction & CommunicationHandle client calls, demos, meetings, requirement discussions, and maintain strong client relationships.Understand client needs and convert them into actionable deliverables.4. Documentation & Technical UnderstandingPrepare and review:SRS (Software Requirement Specification)Proposal documentsScope of Work (SOW)Project Breakdown & EstimationsCoordinate with technical teams for solution planning.5. Revenue & Growth ResponsibilityAchieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Strategize to increase conversions, retain clients, and upsell services.
Required Skill Set:
Strong experience in BDE / BDM (IT Sales).Expertise in Online Bidding & Lead Generation.Strong understanding of:Mobile Apps (iOS, Android, Flutter)Web Technologies (Node.js, MERN)SaaS, ERP, CRMCustom Software DevelopmentExcellent written & verbal communication skills.Strong skills in documentation, SRS, proposal writing, scope creation.Sales-driven mindset with negotiation and closing skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with live projects and real client deliveries. Ability to understand technical requirements & convert them into solutions. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
