Open Positions: Senior Immigration Consultant Immigration Manager (Growth pathway to Head – India Operations) Your Role: Guide clients across visa categories for countries such as Australia, Canada, UAE, New Zealand, UK, USA, Ireland, and Singapore . Discuss and explain eligibility assessment reports prepared by our internal processing team. Clearly explain documentation requirements, timelines, and processes in a professional and ethical manner. Actively use social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) to attract and engage potential clients. Work only with high-quality leads provided by the company — no cold calling required. Stay informed on global immigration laws, policy updates, and program changes across all major countries. Support in organizing and conducting webinars, career events, and client info sessions . Coordinate with the leadership and marketing teams to enhance client experience and conversion. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in immigration consulting, visa counselling, study abroad advising, B2C/B2B sales, customer service or counselling. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Honest, client-focused mindset with strong professional ethics. Experience using social media for lead generation and brand building. Good documentation handling and follow-up discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Driven, adaptable, and eager to grow with a certified global brand. Key Responsibilities • Provide career counselling and guidance on study abroad options in Australia, Canada, UK,USA, New Zealand, Ireland, etc. • Shortlist suitable courses and universities for students based on academic background and career goals • Manage end-to-end admission processes, including document verification, SOPs, application submissions, and communication with universities • Assist students with student visa processes, including guidance on visa documents and application submission, if required • Handle admissions for English language programs, foundation courses, VET, diploma,undergraduate and postgraduate programs • Maintain and update student records using CRM tools • Liaise with partner institutions and education agents to follow up on offers, admissions, andapplication statuses • Participate in student webinars, info sessions, education fairs, and marketing campaigns • Meet monthly counselling and conversion targets Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and meet goals • Well-organized with attention to detail • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, Google Workspace • Preferred: Working knowledge of student visa and admission procedures for Canada, Australia, USA, UK, Ireland, and New Zealand • Preferred: Background in overseas education consultancy or university admissions Experience • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling or education consulting • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for international education may also apply
