About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at the Executive or Senior Executive level. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to leading e-commerce platforms such as Nykaa, Purplle, Meesho, and Tira . You'll play a critical role in managing operations, analyzing data, coordinating across teams, and driving growth across marketplace channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty and personal care space and is looking to fast-track their career in e-commerce. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update dashboards for all beauty marketplace channels. Support inventory planning and management across platforms. Strategize and execute end-to-end processes for onboarding and scaling new marketplace channels. Collaborate closely with internal teams including performance marketing, operations, finance, influencer marketing, and social media. Manage communications and workflows with external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches. Required Skills and Attributes: Strong communication and coordination skills. Agile, proactive, and eager to take ownership. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Passion for the beauty and personal care industry is a strong plus.
