Bidso is a tech-enabled OEM / Contract Manufacturing platform for General Merchandise goods. Brands can easily source customized high-quality products with transparency and efficient fulfillment, enabling them to quickly launch or expand their offerings. Bidso is founded by ex-Flipkart, ex-Amazon, ex-Udaan, ex-ITC team members and backed by prominent investors.


Role Overview

As the Key Account Manager (KAM) for our India business, you will work closely with the National Manager to identify, nurture, and grow brand partnerships in the Indian market—specifically in the Toys and Sports categories. You will be responsible for identifying large brands operating in the Toys, Sports, and Baby Care segments and pitching Bidso’s products and services to them. These products may include kick scooters, ride-ons, battery-powered mobility toys, and musical instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate partnerships with new brands and actively manage existing relationships, serving as their primary point of contact at Bidso.
  • Sustain and grow relationships that directly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Define and execute business development strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging all possible growth levers.
  • Identify potential opportunities and gaps, develop brand-specific and product-specific action plans, and track their implementation to ensure timely progress and delivery.
  • Continuously engage with brands to gather market insights and product feedback, using this information to refine strategies and execution.


Requirements

  • Must be a graduate/post-graduate from a Tier 1 college.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management is preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing client relationships is a plus.
  • Strong decision-making ability, with the capability to build and own strategic plans to onboard and grow large wholesalers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the right attitude and aptitude for sales.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in diverse environments.
  • Passionate, driven, and eager to work with a dynamic and motivated team.
