Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant General Manager located in Bahadurgarh. The Plant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, managing staff, and maintaining quality control. Tasks include planning and coordinating plant activities, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing safety protocols. The role also involves liaising with supply chain teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and striving to meet production targets and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with production planning and coordination
• Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures
• Ability to manage supply chain operations (Inventory Management / Dispatches / Assembly manufacturing / Procurement ) and ensure regulatory compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using ERP or other manufacturing software
