Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Graduate Engineer will have day-to-day tasks that include designing and testing electrical equipment and systems, analyzing product issues and finding solutions, and collaborating with other engineers and departments to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have an eye for details and excellent analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations preferred. Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus.
The Plant General Manager holds the responsibility of supervising all daily operations of the plant, encompassing production, maintenance, quality, and safety. This pivotal role aims to ensure the effective, economical, and high-standard manufacturing of products while fostering a culture of continuous enhancement, adherence to regulations, and team excellence. Operational Management: The incumbent will be tasked with overseeing the comprehensive plant operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective utilization of resources. They will be required to strategize, organize, supervise, and optimize day-to-day operations to surpass customer anticipations. Alignment of implemented strategies with the company's strategic business objectives is crucial to this role's success. Production Planning & Control: Maintain adherence to production schedules while upholding product standards and reducing expenditure. Constant monitoring and assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) like productivity, quality, delivery, and safety are essential components of this responsibility. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, certifications, safety protocols, and environmental directives. Close collaboration with QA/QC teams will be necessary to uphold superior product quality and minimize rework or wastage. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, inspiration, and growth opportunities to plant personnel while establishing a robust leadership succession plan. Conducting performance evaluations, training initiatives, and succession mapping are integral aspects of this role. Safety and Maintenance: Guarantee a secure and safe operating environment within the plant premises. Supervise the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schemes for all equipment and infrastructure. Customer and Supplier Coordination: Seamless coordination with sales, supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficacy. Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field is mandatory (Masters degree is preferred). A minimum of 10 years of progressive involvement in plant operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, is required for this role.,
