Plant General Manager

You will be joining GMN Concrete, a company specializing in the production of top-quality Ready-Mix Concrete since 2018. The primary objective is to provide concrete meeting the highest industry standards while offering exceptional customer service to construction projects of various scales spanning residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With cutting-edge machinery and a proficient team ensuring stringent quality control measures, we guarantee the punctual completion of all your projects with unparalleled excellence. Located in Nelamangala, our services extend to projects in North, West, and Central Bangalore. As the Plant General Manager, you will hold a full-time position at our Nelamangala site. Your core responsibilities will revolve around supervising the day-to-day operations of the ready-mix concrete plant. This includes managing production, quality control, maintenance activities, and overseeing staff. Your tasks will entail supervising plant personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental protocols, enhancing production efficiency, overseeing inventory, and coordinating with customers and suppliers to facilitate prompt product delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget management and driving continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership and team management capabilities. Previous experience in production management and quality control within a manufacturing or construction setting is essential. A good understanding of safety and environmental regulations, proficiency in inventory management, and expertise in process optimization are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Prior experience in the concrete or construction industry is highly advantageous, and the ability to work on-site in Nelamangala is necessary for this position.,
