Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located across Nelamangala & Yelahanka for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will oversee the daily operations of concrete production and quality assurance. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, supervising production staff, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products. The role also involves continuous monitoring and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and quality assurance
• Knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete production processes
• Expertise in Specialty Concretes like Porous, Coloured, Self Compacting, Lightweight Concrete, etc
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site in Nelamangala
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred
