Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India, for a Quality Assurance Manager. The role involves developing and implementing quality assurance standards and processes, overseeing inspections of materials and products, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will coordinate with internal teams to address quality-related issues, identify improvement areas, and ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations. The role also requires maintaining proper documentation and compliance audits aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of quality assurance standards, compliance procedures, and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector
Proficiency in conducting inspections and implementing quality control processes
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience collaborating across departments to manage quality assurance measures and drive continuous improvement
Thorough knowledge of risk assessment, project planning, and reporting procedures
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quality Management, or a related field
Prior experience in real estate or construction quality management is highly beneficial
Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
