Job Description

hands-on Manager QA Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Define and own
Automation & Quality Engineering strategy
across products
Lead and mentor
Automation QA teams
, ensuring delivery excellence
Drive
test automation, CI/CD integration
, and defect leakage reduction
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and Agile teams for release readiness
Track QA metrics, sprint reports, and quality KPIs for senior leadership
Enable innovation using
open-source tools, RPA, and cloud technologies
Promote continuous quality improvement and best QA practices

Required Experience & Skills

12+ years
in IT with
8+ years
in Automation / QA leadership and
2+ years
people management
Strong hands-on experience with
Selenium, BDD/Cucumber, Jenkins, Maven, Git/Bitbucket
Exposure to
Azure/AWS Cloud
, Agile & DevOps practices
Experience in building scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills

Good to Have

Experience with
AI/ML-driven automation
Automation of test data, release, and deployment processes
Exposure to RPA and in-house tool development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science / IT / Electronics / MCA
