Cotiviti Hyderabad is looking for Senior Software engineers for one of its product steam Python based application suite , APIs, and backend systems The purpose of this position is to work independently to build and integrate several robust, fault-tolerant backend services and frontend for information processing requirements to payment accuracy products. This includes collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend systems using Python. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and debug software issues. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write unit tests and documentation for developed code. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Responsible for handling the Security Vulnerabilities within Python Framework. Requirements: Strong experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, OpenAI, RAG ). Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript (if relevant). Familiarity with back-end technologies like Java, J2EE and Spring framework (if relevant). Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, Vector DB or MongoDB. Knowledge of version control tools with awareness of the branching strategy like Git. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, OCI or Azure (preferred but not required). Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker (a plus). Familiarity with testing frameworks like PyTest, UnitTest, or others. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience working in Agile environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI. Good To Have: Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or any other agile framework Exposure to business process workflow analysis such as JBPM, experience preferred. MogoDB, Microservices, Docker based development/deployments, Exposure to CI/CD Exposure to rule engines such as drools. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and workloads Ability to work well independently and maintain focus in a highly dynamic work environment. Comfort in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, India or other geographies
