You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement document generation systems that support insurance policy generation, customer correspondence, and other communication needs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop templates and interactive documents using Thunderhead NOW / Smart Communications. Configure and maintain Thunderhead components including Data Models, Templates, Fragments, Styles, and Deliveries. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate Thunderhead with backend systems such as Guidewire, SAP, or other policy administration platforms. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Thunderhead solutions.
