We are seeking a proactive and strategic Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing to elevate and expand our influencer partnerships within the skincare and beauty industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our influencer strategy, fostering authentic relationships, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through innovative, insight-led campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with influencers, agencies, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliver high-impact results. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand’s voice, values, and target audienceDevelop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand goals and marketing objectives.Design campaign frameworks and collaboration structures that drive storytelling, product visibility, and consumer engagement across platforms.Oversee product seeding programs, ensuring strategic placement and timely delivery of new launches to influencers. Relationship management Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers and creators to drive sustained loyalty and authentic brand advocacy.Lead negotiations on campaign deliverables, partnerships, and compensation to maximize value and ensure alignment with brand priorities.Serve as the central point of contact for influencers, agencies, and internal teams to streamline communication and ensure flawless campaign execution. Campaign analysis & Performance metricsTrack, evaluate, and interpret campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment.Deliver insightful post-campaign reports to identify wins, uncover growth opportunities, and shape future strategies.Evolve influencer rosters and campaign tactics based on performance learnings and audience feedback to maximize impact Market Intelligence & Trend SpottingProactively monitor shifts in the influencer landscape, emerging platforms, and creator trends to stay ahead of the curve.Perform competitive and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and inform collaboration strategies.Analyze evolving consumer behaviors and industry movements to ensure influencer efforts remain relevant and forward-thinking. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.2-3years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle sectors.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer marketing metrics.Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.Creative and strategic mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, content management tools, and analytics dashboards.
