As a Computer Scientist at Adobe, you’ll develop scalable cloud solutions focused on cost optimization, automation, and governance across AWS and Azure—enhancing performance, efficiency, and compliance. This entry-level position combines structured training in visa documentation and immigration regulations with the development of essential customer service skills, preparing you for a career in international education counselling. Key Responsibilities Assist students in understanding visa application procedures and documentation requirements. Support students in collecting, organizing, and preparing documents for timely submission. Guide students in accurately completing visa application forms. Provide clear and updated information on student visa policies and immigration laws. Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and escalate complex cases to senior counsellors. Maintain detailed records of applications and track visa status updates. Respond to student queries regarding study permits and visa processes. Participate in regular training to stay informed on policy updates and regulatory changes. Collaborate with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and internal teams. Handle sensitive student information with confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Business are preferred. Career Progression & Salary: Trainee / Entry-Level: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (stipend during training, typically 3–6 months). After Confirmation (Visa Counsellor): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on performance. Experienced (2–3 years): ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month, with higher potential in top-tier agencies.
