Lead Security Engineer

As a Lead Security Engineer at the company located in Noida Sector 62, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cybersecurity of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and guiding a team of security analysts and engineers, conducting various security assessments, performing Red Team engagements, executing Threat Hunting activities, and integrating cybersecurity practices within the Software Development Life Cycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a dedicated team of security analysts and engineers, effectively distributing tasks, guiding professional development, and managing performance. - Perform comprehensive security assessments, including web application, API, network infrastructure, and mobile security testing. - Conduct sophisticated Red Team engagements and realistic threat simulations to identify and remediate vulnerabilities and security gaps. - Execute thorough Threat Hunting activities to proactively identify hidden threats, vulnerabilities, or malicious activities. - Carry out system scans and manual assessments using security tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark, and more. - Perform secure configuration reviews and compliance audits of servers, firewalls, and network devices. - Integrate cybersecurity practices within the SDLC, including threat modeling, secure coding, and security code reviews. - Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to provide security artifacts for compliance and regulatory requirements. - Continuously assess and recommend innovative cybersecurity solutions to enhance organizational security posture. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, and red teaming. - Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or related cybersecurity certifications are preferred. - Strong expertise in tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark, and other security tools. - Demonstrable experience in OSINT investigations and methodologies. - Experience managing security within diverse environments and knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on cybersecurity trends and threats.,
