Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager We are seeking an exceptionally organized, collaborative, and strategic marketing leader to drive our full-funnel performance marketing initiatives. This person will be the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring that complex campaigns move from concept to execution seamlessly — on time, on budget, and at high quality. Experience & Compensation: Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in marketing project management/operations. Budget: ₹65,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience). Location: Remote / Bangalore 2 Critical Core Competencies: Highly organized across cross-functional teams, using a task management system. Understanding of a wide range of marketing aspects (no single-channel expertise required). Project Management: Oversee 5–10 concurrent marketing projects across multiple channels (search, social, display, email, affiliates, etc.). Coordinate 10–20 internal and external resources (designers, copywriters, data analysts, media buyers, developers, agencies). Operational Leadership: Define clear goals, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and progress reports. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans. Serve as the central hub of communication between creative, analytics, product, and media teams. Required Skills & Qualities: Organizational Mastery: Ability to manage many moving parts while keeping clarity and order. Collaborative Leadership: Brings people together, creates alignment, and builds trust. Execution-Driven: Translates vision into action and holds teams accountable. Technical Understanding (secondary): Familiarity with performance marketing tools, tracking, attribution, funnel analytics. Communication Excellence: Clear, concise, and proactive communication (written & verbal). What Success Looks Like: Seamless Cross-Team Coordination: You consistently keep multiple teams aligned, organized, and moving forward using a clear task management system. Stakeholders always know what’s happening, who’s responsible, and what’s next.
