Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

•    Provide support to ERP users and participate in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing business applications.
  •    Support various audits related to access management.•    Build new user roles and profiles during implementation projects.•    Manage incident tickets and requests, maintaining an up-to-date database of queries and resolutions.•    Identify and resolve technical issues.•    Deliver regular and customized training to key user teams within the business.•    Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.•    Assist with systems integrations.•    Support ERP implementations on Microsoft D365 (Accounting) by training key users and participating in UAT tests.•    Participate in return-of-experience analysis to develop long-term, robust solutions.•    Collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate end-to-end business processes.

Experience/skils required:

•    2-3 years of experience supporting

  Microsoft D365 F&O,

  with strong focus on

  Finance modules  (accounting, O2C)

  •    Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments and procurement workflows

  •    Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (

  workflows, connection with Kyriba, e

  tc) •    Good verbal and written communication skills. •    Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset. •    Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team
