Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and building a high-performing sales team that delivers our cutting-edge technology solutions to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across our service offerings
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals and KPIs

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand client business challenges and position our solutions effectively
  • Conduct needs analysis and consultative selling approaches
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients

Services Selling

  • Present and sell our comprehensive service portfolio:
  • UI/UX Design & Development
  • Website & Mobile App Development
  • Custom Software Solutions
  • AI Solutions (Chatbots, Voice Assistants, Computer Vision)
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Cloud Consulting Services
  • Articulate technical solutions in business value terms
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into project scopes

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Set individual and team targets and monitor performance
  • Conduct regular training sessions on products, services, and sales techniques
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Implement sales processes, tools, and best practices

Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management
  • Manage pricing strategies and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Required Qualifications
Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of proven IT/software sales experience
  • 2+ years in a sales management or leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling software development, AI solutions, or digital services

Technical Understanding

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and applications
  • Familiarity with web and mobile app development
  • Understanding of cloud services and digital transformation
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Sales & Business Skills

  • Proven B2B sales expertise with complex solution selling
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent prospecting and lead generation abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking with execution excellence
  • Understanding of sales metrics and performance analytics

Leadership & Communication

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
