IT Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be the IT Sales and Marketing Manager responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of the company. Your role will involve developing strategic marketing plans, acquiring new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the IT and software services industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals. - Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT solutions. - Collaborate with technical and development teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities. - Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (1+ years) in sales and marketing within the IT/software industry. - Strong knowledge of B2B sales, IT products, and software services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and lead a team. - Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
