Job Description

As an IT Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve leading sales operations, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services/solutions industry. Your strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and experience with international markets such as US, UK, and Canada will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs. - Identify new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on US, UK, and Canada. - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement. - Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts. - Collaborate with technical and project teams to align client requirements and deliverables. - Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software development, IT services, or SaaS. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of international sales, especially US, Canada, and UK markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience managing a sales team is a strong plus. - Ability to work effectively during night shift hours. - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
