Job Description

As a high-performing team member at our company, you will play a crucial role in meeting client acquisition and revenue growth targets. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing a strategic lead generation plan to expand our client base and ensure a strong presence in the market. You will be tasked with maximizing sales and lead generation potential, executing sales plans, and meeting set goals and targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the sales process for large, complex enterprise-level products - Collaborate with different teams in the organization to build required solutions for clients - Work on commercial structures and agreements for deals, negotiating with customers for closure - Assist in resource estimates, scope, and requirements for various projects - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales process - Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's presence - Track sales goals and report results as necessary - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team on lead generation - Develop and execute lead generation processes - Promote the organization's solutions and services - Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team - Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed of new products and competition status **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in business administration or a related field with good knowledge of the IT domain - Successful previous experience in IT sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Experience in selling SAAS applications to enterprise customers - Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - International sales experience in the US and Europe regions - Experience in selling IT services and solutions to CXO-level stakeholders in different geographies, especially North America and European countries - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills This job provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success.,
