Key Responsibilities LMS Administration & Enhancement: Work on Open eLMS (or a similar LMS platform) to build and maintain the cybersecurity training environment. Leverage generative AI tools and other emerging technologies to enhance content delivery and engagement. Content Coordination & Development: Collaborate with the cybersecurity intern and AdventX subject matter experts to finalize training content. Assist in structuring courses, modules, and learning pathways that align with industry standards. Assessment Design & Evaluation: Develop aptitude tests on the LMS platform, including multiple-choice questions (MCQs), scenario-based case studies, and other assessment tools per module/course. Create report templates and a career roadmap based on the outcomes of aptitude tests, in line with NIST NICE and NCA standards. Instructional Materials & Student Handbook: Design and prepare an engaging student handbook with detailed onboarding instructions for training program participants. Ensure all instructional materials are clear, professionally formatted, and optimized for the LMS environment. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update training modules and assessments to maintain high standards of learning and compliance with industry practices. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: A degree or program in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Certifications preferred – Moodle Certification, Open edX Certification, or any recognized LMS Certification demonstrating proficiency in LMS development, administration, or course creation. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with LMS platforms (preferably Open eLMS) and course management systems. Basic understanding of generative AI tools and their applications in educational content creation. Proficiency in creating digital content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, or equivalent. Creativity & Communication: Excellent written and visual communication skills with a strong eye for accuracy. Ability to think out of the box and suggest new ways of achieving the result.
