Job Title: Solar Sales Manager Location: Noida, India Experience Level: 4–12 years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solar Sales Manager to lead our B2B and project sales initiatives across both commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling solar solutions, including rooftop systems, photovoltaic (PV) panels, and ground-mounted installations. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, capable of driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities B2B Sales Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including commercial, industrial, educational, and governmental organizations. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and financial models tailored to client needs. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project financing options with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. 4–12 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years in the solar energy sector. Proven track record of successfully selling solar projects, including rooftop, PV panels, and ground-mounted systems. Strong understanding of solar technologies, system design, and project financing models. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
