With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain. A little bit about you We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to understand and support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and operational support. You'll be a key part of our people-first culture, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Support: Post job openings on various platforms and job boards. Screen incoming resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring panels. Support onboarding processes including documentation and orientation sessions. Employee Engagement & Communication: Plan and execute engagement activities and HR initiatives. Collect and analyze employee feedback to support a thriving workplace culture. Help address basic employee queries and concerns in coordination with the HRBP. Performance Management Support: Track and maintain records of managers’ 1:1 discussions during the PMS (Performance Management System) cycle. Provide follow-ups and documentation support to ensure timely completion of performance reviews. Operational HR Support: Assist in the day-to-day HR operations such as maintaining employee data, preparing reports, and updating records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR coordination. Support compliance with company policies and HR guidelines. What We're Looking For: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of basic HR concepts and interest in growing within the HR domain. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
