Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern located in Chennai. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting HR policy development. The role will also involve assisting HR managers with various administrative tasks and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience or knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic
