Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term business relationships. Key tasks include conducting market research, developing growth strategies, maintaining effective communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The role requires identifying potential areas for business expansion and driving strategies to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding and expertise in Account Management and Business growth strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build lasting client relationships
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and target-oriented environment
• Prior experience working in the IT/Outsourcing industries is a plus
