Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records
• Coordinate with clients and hiring teams for smooth communication
• Participate in HR training sessions and team discussions.
