Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team. The role involves assisting in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time recruitment processes and HR operations in a fast-paced agency environment.

Internship Details:

• This is a paid internship. Stipend will be as per market standards.
• This is a work from office internship: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
• This is 6 days working 10:00AM to 06:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Upon successful completion, you will receive an Internship Completion Certificate, a Letter of Recommendation, and potential consideration for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities of Human Resource Intern:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking systems.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs online.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
