Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Screen and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking systems. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs online. Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
