Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Intern at Magpie Placement Services.

Internship Details:

Key Responsibilities of Human Resources Intern:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

2. Screen and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

4. Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking systems.

5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs online.

6. Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

7. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

2. Basic knowledge of MS Office.
3. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
