Role: Customer Success Operations InternAs a customer success operations intern, you’ll support the Customer Success team in onboarding, client communication, issue tracking, and coordination across departments. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management within the tech/IoT space.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in conducting client health checks and gathering feedback
Support check-in communications via emails and calls
Help track and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams
Collaborate with CSMs during onboarding and project delivery
Maintain documents and dashboards for post-delivery support
Contribute to renewal and upsell tracking efforts
Coordinate internally to capture and relay client feedback
