RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow WhatsApp community groups
  • Facilitate daily community engagement and discussions
  • Coordinate weekly webinars and educational events
  • Support mentorship program implementation
  • Monitor community health and engagement metrics
  • Create community guidelines and moderate discussions
  • Build relationships with community members
  • Collaborate with content team for community content
  • Handle community feedback and support requests
  • Organize virtual and in-person community events
  • Daily community engagement (minimum 5 meaningful interactions)
  • Weekly webinar coordination and execution


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0-1 years of community management or social media experience
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business and community platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of engagement strategies and metrics
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • EdTech or education industry experience preferred
  • Student community engagement experience
