HR Internship at Beyond Career (Unpaid) Location: Remote Duration: 2–3 Months Start Date: Immediate About Beyond Career: Beyond Career is a growing startup that helps students and graduates with career guidance, learning opportunities, and hands-on experience. We have already supported 500+ students and built a strong team. Now, we’re looking for enthusiastic interns to join us and grow together. Role: HR Intern Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Create employee handbook and guidelines • Establish performance management systems • Manage compensation and benefits packages • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution • Design and implement training and development programs • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation • Support organizational culture development Requirements: • Strong communication and people skills • Basic knowledge of HR functions and tools • Good organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Eagerness to learn and take initiative Details: • This is a unpaid internship • Remote and flexible working hours • Certificate and Letter of Recommendation will be provided • Top performers may get a chance for a paid opportunity or PPO
