Who we're looking for:

• A student or recent graduate who codes not just for syntax, but for

  impact

• Someone who wants to build a real product from scratch — and owns it like a co-founder
• Comfortable with learning fast, shipping fast, and figuring things out as we go
• Full-stack preferred (or ready to become one), with strong problem-solving skills
• You care about students, access, and rewriting how systems work

What you’ll do:

• Build the

  first product layer

  of Beyond Career (MVP → v1)
• Lead all things tech: backend, frontend, integrations, and scale
• Turn a working vision into working code
• Work directly with the founder on product direction, priorities, and feedback loops
