As a Co-Founder at Secure Path Services, you will be instrumental in leading the Sales & Marketing efforts and shaping the strategic direction of the company in the EdTech and trading education sector. Your role will involve: - Driving customer acquisition and ensuring long-term retention through innovative sales and marketing strategies. - Cultivating and expanding key partnerships and B2B collaborations to facilitate company growth. - Defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy to bolster Secure Path Services' brand presence. - Collaborating with fellow founders on growth initiatives, product innovation, and fostering a positive company culture. - Representing Secure Path Services at investor meetings and industry events to showcase the company's vision and accomplishments. Qualifications required for this position: - Demonstrated sales leadership and marketing execution expertise with a strategic approach. - Background in startups, entrepreneurship, or business development. - Excellent communication and team-building abilities. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong interest or experience in the EdTech sector, particularly in trading/financial education. - Willingness to invest 25 lakhs towards equity and stock participation with a flexible structure. - Attractive compensation package from day one along with substantial Co-Founder equity.
