Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Sultanpur, India. As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in strategic decision-making and managing key aspects of the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading business development efforts, driving sustainable initiatives in rural empowerment, managing partnerships, designing innovative farmer-centric models, and overseeing operations in organic farming, renewable energy, and waste-to-wealth projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, including farmers, government bodies, investors, and internal teams, to execute the organization’s mission of transforming rural India. Qualifications With min investment 1 cr @10 percent equity Strong analytical and research skills to strategize, evaluate, and improve operations and rural development projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, including farmers, partners, and team members Experience in sales and marketing strategies to promote organic farming products, renewable energy initiatives, and other services Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and commitment to driving rural empowerment and sustainability Passion for agriculture, renewable energy, and rural development is highly desirable
