Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Sultanpur, India. As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in strategic decision-making and managing key aspects of the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading business development efforts, driving sustainable initiatives in rural empowerment, managing partnerships, designing innovative farmer-centric models, and overseeing operations in organic farming, renewable energy, and waste-to-wealth projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, including farmers, government bodies, investors, and internal teams, to execute the organization’s mission of transforming rural India.

Qualifications

• With min investment 1 cr @10 percent equity
• Strong analytical and research skills to strategize, evaluate, and improve operations and rural development projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, including farmers, partners, and team members
• Experience in sales and marketing strategies to promote organic farming products, renewable energy initiatives, and other services
• Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and commitment to driving rural empowerment and sustainability
• Passion for agriculture, renewable energy, and rural development is highly desirable
