Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Nagpur. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the academy's vision, strategy, and operations. Key responsibilities include devising and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing sales activities, conducting market research, fostering partnerships, and spearheading innovation to drive growth. The Co-Founder will also lead with effective communication and decision-making, ensuring the academy's success in delivering exceptional learning experiences and positioning itself as a premier institution in the business and marketing education sector. Qualifications Strong Strategic and Analytical Skills to evaluate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive effective decision-making. Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, leadership, and team coordination. Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to generate growth, develop impactful campaigns, and establish partnerships. Excellent Research skills to identify industry trends, competitive opportunities, and enhance educational offerings. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, innovative, and growth-oriented approach. Prior experience in a leadership or co-founding role is a strong advantage. Understanding of the education sector and passion for enabling learning and professional growth.
