Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Nagpur. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the academy's vision, strategy, and operations. Key responsibilities include devising and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing sales activities, conducting market research, fostering partnerships, and spearheading innovation to drive growth. The Co-Founder will also lead with effective communication and decision-making, ensuring the academy's success in delivering exceptional learning experiences and positioning itself as a premier institution in the business and marketing education sector.
