Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder, located in Dehradun. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, leading business development, forming and maintaining partnerships, and providing leadership in project initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, spearheading marketing and sales efforts, conducting industry research, and collaborating with the team to implement innovative solutions. Additionally, you will be actively involved in developing growth strategies and ensuring the organization’s success in achieving its mission. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Outstanding communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and networking Experience in sales and marketing to develop and implement strategies for business growth Proficiency in conducting research to identify market opportunities and innovation Proven leadership ability and entrepreneurial mindset Background in civil engineering or infrastructure-related fields is highly desirable Experience in sustainable or green construction practices is an asset
