Your responsibilities will include: - Driving customer acquisition and ensuring long-term retention through innovative sales and marketing strategies. - Cultivating and expanding key partnerships and B2B collaborations to foster company growth. - Defining and executing the go-to-market strategy to bolster the brand presence of Secure Path Services. - Collaborating closely with fellow founders on growth initiatives, product innovation, and fostering a positive company culture. - Representing Secure Path Services at investor meetings and industry events to showcase the company's vision and achievements. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven sales leadership and marketing execution experience with a strategic mindset. - Background in startups, entrepreneurship, or business development. - Exceptional communication and team-building skills. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong interest or experience in the EdTech sector, particularly in trading/financial education. - Willingness to invest 25 lakhs towards equity and stock participation with a flexible structure. - Attractive compensation package from day one along with substantial Co-Founder equity.
