Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Director (Co - Founder), located in Serampore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer service, developing business strategies, and leading the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations Experience in Customer Service and Business Development Strong Team Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ( Not mandatory ) Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus Remuneration - Initially based on equity or qualified sales.
