Role Description: Community Manager Intern (Remote) As a Community Manager Intern, you’ll help manage XeFort’s online communities and social media channels. Your main tasks will include creating posts, replying to messages and comments, and helping keep our online spaces friendly and active. You may also help review engagement numbers, share ideas for improving community interaction, and work with other teams to support larger company goals. Qualifications Basic understanding of social media and how online communities work Ability to create simple digital content and write clear, engaging posts Comfortable looking at engagement data and spotting simple trends Strong communication skills Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is helpful but not required Able to work independently and manage your time in a remote environment Experience with content creation or community management is a plus but not required Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field
