About The Opportunity

A fast-growing company in the Software & Technology (SaaS / Developer Tools & Community Platforms) sector is hiring remote interns to help grow and engage active user communities across India. This role supports product-led growth by building authentic relationships, running engagement programs, and turning users into advocates for a modern tech product.Role & Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day community operations across Discord, Telegram, X and Slackmoderate channels, enforce community guidelines, and escalate user issues to product and support teams.
• Plan and execute engagement activities (AMAs, polls, contests, onboarding drives) to increase retention and member activation.
• Create concise community contentwelcome flows, event announcements, short social posts, and visual assets using Canva and templates.
• Monitor community health and growth metrics; prepare weekly dashboards and actionable insights for the growth team.
• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate community champions and volunteers; maintain contributor acknowledgements and reward processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support to surface user feedback, beta testers, and feature requests.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Practical experience moderating or managing online communities (internship, volunteer, campus groups, or personal projects)
• Comfort using Discord, Telegram, Slack and social platforms for engagement
• Basic content creation skills (copywriting for short-form posts and Canva for visuals)
• Familiarity with Notion or Google Workspace for documentation and async collaboration
• Analytical mindset with ability to track simple KPIs and produce concise reports
• Fluent written English with a clear, friendly tone for public-facing communication
  

Preferred

• Experience with community growth tactics or tools (event coordination, Discord bots, community analytics)
• Exposure to SaaS or Web3 community environments
• Prior remote internship or experience working asynchronously across distributed teams
