Industry: Corporate gifting, B2B merchandise & employee engagement solutions. Sector: Sales & Client Success for customized gifting programs and branded merchandise, serving enterprise, mid-market and startup customers across India. Primary title (standardized): Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting.Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for corporate gifting solutions across assigned verticals—prospect, qualify, pitch, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Own key accounts and enterprise relationships: manage renewals, upsells, seasonal programs, and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM; deliver accurate forecasts, weekly reports, and actionable insights to leadership.
- Develop compelling proposals, customised product bundles, and price quotes; lead negotiations and ensure timely contract closure and on-boarding.
- Coordinate with design, supply chain, and operations to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and scalable fulfilment for campaigns and bulk orders.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events; gather market feedback to inform product, packaging, and pricing improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience—preferably in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, swag, or employee-engagement products.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and managing enterprise or mid-market accounts remotely across India.
- Strong negotiation, proposal-writing, and presentation skills; comfortable drafting SLA/contract terms for corporate clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and Excel for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills (English) and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a remote work setup.
Preferred
- Experience working with HR, procurement, and CX teams on employee gifting or B2B procurement cycles.
- Familiarity with vendor sourcing, customization workflows, and logistics coordination for bulk shipments.
- Exposure to digital marketing or account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to accelerate lead conversion.
