Responsibilities

Build the Org, Shape the Goals: Work alongside the founders to streamline internal structures, set OKRs/KPIs, and ensure teams stay on track.
Own People & Hiring Ops: Co-lead recruitment efforts, onboard new hires, and improve team coordination as we scale.
Grow Our Video Category: Drive growth in our flagship video content category by aligning supply and demand, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Launch New Categories: Identify, build, and scale complementary content categories — from research to rollout.
Break Silos, Drive Execution: Collaborate across teams (Product, Sales, Creators) to remove roadblocks and move fast.
(Optional) Founders’ Office Projects: Dive into high-impact projects — investor decks, strategic research, or internal process design.

Skills & Qualifications

0 - 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, or similar).
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a bias for execution.
Comfortable working directly with leadership and taking full ownership of tasks.
