Your Role:
Work closely with senior recruiters to source and screen top IT talentHandle job requirements, application tracking, and interview coordinationUnderstand Tech Stacks, Job descriptions, and Client ExpectationsSupport Non-IT role hiring also.Keep recruitment trackers, databases, and reports up-to-date.Learn and grow in a fast-paced tech recruitment environment.What We’re Looking For:6+ months experience in recruitment, preferably with IT rolesFamiliarity with tech profiles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)Strong communication skills and a hunger to learn.Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / IT or related field (preferred).What’s In It for You:Get hands-on with real Tech hiring – work on live rolesLearn from experienced IT recruiters.Get exposure to multiple tech domains and startupsPotential to convert into a full-time role based on performanceBe part of a high-energy, learning-first cultureStipend -: 10K - 15K / Month (Depends upon the interview)Working Days -: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays will be Off)Based on Performance, Full-Time opportunity will be provided post completion of the Internship.
