Job Description Summary We are seeking a Lab Developer with instructional design experience to join our Talent Development & Education team. This role requires experience designing and developing virtual labs end-to-end (preferably with Skillable) while applying sound instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences for technical audiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of interactive virtual labs for Majesco's software solutions and technical toolkits, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and audience needs. Collaborate with SMEs, Product Owners, and Developers to design real-world, hands-on experiences for learners in cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, VMware). Design and develop microlearning modules, show-me simulations, and scored labs using Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, and Skillable. Develop technical scripts (PowerShell/SQL) to deploy, configure, and score lab environments when required. Translate complex technical workflows into clear, learner-centric instructions and assessments. Apply immersive, problem-based learning strategies to increase engagement and knowledge retention. Manage the end-to-end instructional design process (ADDIE), including needs analysis, storyboarding, content development, testing, implementation, and evaluation. Troubleshoot and maintain virtual labs by identifying UI changes, workflow errors, or scripting issues and implementing updates as needed. Partner with the LMS team to integrate lab-based courses into Majesco's learning platforms. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement engaging and interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other tools.Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into effective digital learning experiences.Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and seamless integration with LMS platforms.Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices.Maintain and update existing eLearning content based on feedback and evolving learning needs.Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and recommend innovative solutions.Support the deployment and tracking of eLearning content on LMS platforms.Document development processes and maintain version control of learning assets.
