Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Learning Experience Manager with 6 to 13 years of experience to lead our team in delivering exceptional learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing effective learning strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans to achieve business objectives.
Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing end-to-end learning projects, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their goals.
