   6 months to 3 years of experience

   in instructional design, content writing, or learning design.
2. You think like a designer and write like a teacher—structured, empathetic, and visually aware
3. You’re fluent in

   English

4. PowerPoint isn’t just a tool for you—it’s your design canvas.
5. You understand

   content chunking
